eBay Marketplace Card
The eBay Marketplace card holds every setting of a country an eBay account sells on: business policies, currency, price list, location and default category. This is where you change the values entered in the setup wizard and set up every further marketplace.

Fields
General

| Account Code | The eBay account this marketplace belongs to. Can only be entered on a new marketplace. |
| Marketplace | The eBay site, e.g. EBAY_DE. Can only be chosen on a new marketplace, where it also fills in the marketplace code (EBAY_AT → AT). |
| Marketplace Code | Country code, e.g. DE or AT. Can only be entered on a new marketplace. |
| Sub-Account Code | Code under which items and orders of this marketplace appear in merchantCENTRAL — account and marketplace together, e.g. MAIN-DE. |
| Enabled | Whether this marketplace takes part in synchronisation. A disabled account switches off all of its marketplaces. |
| Currency Code | Currency of the listings on this marketplace. If empty, EUR is used. |
Business Policies

| Fulfillment Policy ID | Fulfillment (shipping) policy for the listings of this marketplace. |
| Payment Policy ID | Payment policy. |
| Return Policy ID | Return policy. |
| Policies Complete | Green when all three policies are set — without them no listing can be published. |
Pick the three policies by name through the lookup; the eBay ID is stored behind it. The lookup offers only the policies of this marketplace and of the type in question. If none have been read for the marketplace yet, the connector fetches them from eBay the first time the lookup opens. A new marketplace is saved before that.
Listings

| Price List Code | Sales price list (customers) whose prices are sent to eBay as listing prices. |
| Location Code | Location whose stock the quantity reported to eBay is calculated from — for every item of this marketplace. If empty, the location settings of each marketplace item apply. The field has no effect on the sales lines of imported orders. |
| Default Category ID | eBay category for listings whose item has no category of its own. Category trees differ per marketplace. |
Synchronization
Read-only timestamps of this marketplace's last runs: Last Order Import, Last Item Sync, Last Inventory Sync, Last Fulfillment Sync (shipment notifications), Last Finance Sync (payouts and transactions), Last Return Sync and Last Cancellation Sync.

Tips
Account, marketplace code and eBay site are fixed
Account and marketplace code together form the sub-account code under which merchantCENTRAL keeps the items and orders of this country; the cached policies and the messages depend on them too. Policies and listings also belong to the eBay site. That is why all three can only be entered when the marketplace is created. A new marketplace is saved when you close the card or look up a policy — from then on the three fields are locked.
No price list, no price
If no price list is set, or the item is missing from it, the connector sends a price of 0. Set a sales price list in the marketplace's currency for every marketplace.
New marketplace without policies
If the account has no policies on the new eBay site yet, create them in eBay Seller Hub and pick them here afterwards. Create Default Policies on the setup card only applies to the default marketplace.
Customer template
There is no customer template per marketplace: new customers get theirs from the Customer Template Mapping in the merchantCENTRAL setup — the same for every marketplace.
