Jarltech Shipments
The shipment list shows every delivery Jarltech reported for an order — with tracking, documents and, one level down, the contents of the shipment and its individual parcels.

Fields

Shipment items
Navigation → Shipment Items shows what this shipment contained.

Why this is a level of its own
The order line carries the total quantity across all deliveries and collects every serial number of the transaction. On a partial delivery that no longer tells you which serial number arrived in which parcel — Jarltech reports exactly that per shipment, and this is where it is kept. For complaints and warranty cases it is the decisive record.
Parcels
Navigation → Parcels shows each individual parcel of a shipment.

Each parcel offers the actions Open Tracking and Download Proof of Delivery.
Split deliveries
A shipment can consist of several parcels — one shipment ID, several tracking numbers. The shipment list shows the first parcel in its fields; every further one is here, each with its own tracking and its own proof of delivery. When a customer reports that one of two parcels never arrived, this is the record you need.

Tracking sent back to the sales channel
On drop shipments the connector reports every tracking number of an order to the merchantCENTRAL hub, which passes it on to the linked sales or marketplace order. With several parcels, each number is transmitted, not just the first. The carrier is derived from the tracking number, because the Jarltech API does not supply it.
Historical import
The historical import deliberately skips this feedback: historical orders were delivered long ago, and a late tracking message would only confuse the marketplace. Shipment data, shipment items and parcels are still imported in full.
