  • Via the Claim Card → Action Request Clarification

Claim Information

Field Description
Claim ID Kaufland Claim ID. Read-only.
Claim Type Type of claim. Read-only.
Claim Description Problem description by the buyer (multi-line). Read-only.

Your Question

Field Description
Clarification Question Question to the buyer (multi-line, mandatory, max. 2048 characters). The claim status changes to clarification_needed.

When closing with OK, the clarification request is submitted to Kaufland.
