Claim Information

| Claim Amount | Amount requested by the buyer. Read-only. |
Refund

| Refund Amount | Refund amount (default: Claim Amount). Can be adjusted (2 decimal places). |
When closing with OK, the claim is accepted and the refund is submitted to Kaufland.
