Fields

Field Description
Entry No. Sequential number
Error DateTime Error timestamp
Entity Type Entity type (Product, Order, Shipment, etc.)
Entity ID Identifier of the affected entity
Operation Performed operation
Error Message Error message
HTTP Status Code HTTP status code of the API response
Resolved Whether the error has been marked as resolved (color-coded)
Resolved DateTime Resolution timestamp

Actions

Action Description
Mark as Resolved Marks the selected error as resolved
Mark All as Resolved Marks all visible errors as resolved
Clean Up Old Entries Deletes errors older than 30 days
Show Unresolved Filters to unresolved errors
Show All Removes all filters

Tip

Check the sync errors regularly. Recurring errors often indicate configuration issues (e.g., missing item mappings).
