Overview of all orders imported from Otto Market. This is where orders are converted into BC sales orders.

Opening the Page

• Via search: Otto Orders
• Via the Otto Dashboard → Orders

Order Number	Otto order number
Order Date	Order date
Delivery Last Name	Recipient's last name
Delivery City	Delivery city
Import Status	Processing status (color-highlighted)
BC Sales Order No.	Assigned BC sales order number (click opens the order)
Payment Method	Payment method
Import DateTime	Timestamp of the import (hidden)

• Order Lines — Shows the positions of the selected order

Actions

Action	Description
Import Orders	Imports new orders from Otto Market
Create Sales Order	Creates a BC sales order from the selected order
Create Sales Order (Multi-Select)	Creates BC orders for all selected orders
Show Order Lines	Opens the position details
Open Sales Order	Navigates to the created BC order
Refresh	Refreshes the list view

Workflow

1. Import Orders — load new Otto orders
2. Review orders and select as needed
3. Create Sales Order — generate BC orders
4. Continue processing the sales order in BC (shipping, invoicing)
