Item Visibility

The Item Visibility section is an embedded part of the Item Card that controls in which Shopware 6 sales channels an item is visible and in what way.

Location

  • Embedded in the Item Card under the Sales Channel Visibility section

Fields

Field Description
Sales Channel Name Name of the sales channel. Click the name to select a different channel (drill-down to Sales Channel List).
Visibility Type of visibility. Editable.

Visibility Options

Option Description
All Item is visible via search, category listings, and direct links.
Search Only Item appears only in search results, not in category listings.
Link Only Item is accessible only via direct link, neither in search nor in category listings.

Usage

  1. Open the Item Card of a Shopware 6 item.
  2. Scroll to the Sales Channel Visibility section.
  3. Add a new line (available sales channels are loaded from the synchronized list).
  4. Select the desired Visibility (All, Search Only, Link Only).
  5. The visibility settings will be transmitted with the next item upload.

Prerequisite

Sales channels must first be downloaded via Shopware 6 SetupSync Sales Channels before they can be assigned here.

Tip

Use Link Only for items that should not be publicly available yet but need to be prepared (e.g. for pre-orders or internal reviews).
