The Supplier Data List shows all imported supplier data — prices, stock levels, and item information from all supplier connectors.
Opening the Page
- Via the Dashboard → Supplier Data
- Via the Supplier Card → View Data
- Or via search: Supplier Data
Fields

| Supplier | Source supplier. |
| Item No. | BC item number (if assigned). |
| Supplier Item No. | Supplier's own item number. |
| Description | Item description from the supplier. |
| Purchase Price | Net purchase price. |
| RRP | Recommended retail price. |
| Stock | Available quantity at the supplier. |
| GTIN | EAN/GTIN barcode. |
| Manufacturer | Manufacturer name. |
| Status | Record status (Draft, Active, Archived). |
