Basic data of the export declaration.

Export Type Type of export: OTHER (Other), PRESENT (Gift), COMMERCIAL_SAMPLE (Commercial Sample), DOCUMENT (Document), RETURN_OF_GOODS (Return of Goods)
Export Description Description of the export reason (free text)
Invoice No. Invoice number of the associated commercial invoice

Postal Charges & Conditions

Postal charges and shipping conditions.

Field Description
Postal Charges Value Postal charges of the shipment (amount)
Postal Charges Currency Currency of the postal charges (e.g. EUR)
Shipping Conditions Shipping/delivery conditions (Incoterms, e.g. DAP, DDP)

Permits & Attestations

Permits and certificates.

Field Description
Permit No. Permit number (e.g. export permit)
Attestation No. Certificate number (e.g. certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate)

Electronic Export Notification

Electronic export notification (ATLAS/AES).

Field Description
Electronic Export Notification Enable electronic export notification (required for goods value above 1,000 EUR)
MRN Movement Reference Number — assigned by ATLAS (only visible when electronic export is enabled)

Customs References (EORI)

Customs numbers of shipper and consignee.

Field Description
Shipper Customs Ref. EORI number or customs reference of the shipper
Consignee Customs Ref. EORI number or customs reference of the consignee

Notes

Required Fields

For international shipments outside the EU, the Export Type, at least one goods item (Customs Item), and the EORI number of the shipper are required.

MRN Number

The MRN (Movement Reference Number) is assigned by the customs authority (ATLAS) for electronic export notifications and must be available before shipping.
