Opening the Page
- Via the Role Center (Business Manager, Order Processor, Sales Manager)
- Or via search: merchantCENTRAL Dashboard

KPI Tiles
Shows key metrics at a glance:
- New Orders – Number of unprocessed marketplace orders
- Open Orders – Orders in progress
- Item Updates – Pending supplier data updates
Connected Marketplaces
List of all registered marketplace connectors with:
- Marketplace name
- Active/Inactive status
- Last synchronization
Suppliers
Overview of all registered supplier connectors.
Shipping Providers
Overview of all registered shipping providers.
