Welcome to the documentation of the merchantCENTRAL Platform for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
What is merchantCENTRAL?
merchantCENTRAL is the central multi-channel platform for Business Central. Instead of running separate isolated solutions for each marketplace, merchantCENTRAL bundles all channels, suppliers, and shipping providers into a single hub.
The hub model is based on a simple principle: List once, sell everywhere.
- One central item pool β All marketplaces access the same item base
- All suppliers in one pool β 13+ supplier connectors automatically import into a central table
- Automatic price calculation β The Price Engine calculates sales prices from supplier data, margins, and rounding rules
- Unified order import β Orders from all marketplaces flow into the same BC process
- One shipping system β Labels for DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, and Rhenus from a single dialog
- Cross-channel inventory calculation β One formula for all channels, including supplier stock and cross-channel deductions
