Kaufland Tickets

List view of all Kaufland tickets (customer service requests). Tickets are created by buyers and must be answered by the seller.

Opening the Page

  • Via search: Kaufland Tickets
  • Via the Role Center → Customer Service

Fields

Field Description
Ticket ID Unique Kaufland ticket ID.
Status Ticket status (color-coded): open (green), closed (gray).
Topic Topic/subject of the ticket.
Order ID Associated order number.
Buyer Name Name of the buyer.
Message Count Number of messages in the ticket.
Requires Response Whether a response is required (color-coded: true = yellow).
Last Message At Time of the last message.
Created At Creation timestamp.

FactBox: Ticket Details

Shows ticket ID, status, topic, buyer, and last message. See Ticket Details FactBox.


Actions

Action Description
Import Tickets Imports all new tickets from Kaufland.
Refresh Ticket Updates the selected ticket.
Close Ticket Closes the ticket.
View Messages Opens the message list for the ticket.
View Order Opens the associated order.
