Listing Issues
This page displays all detected issues with Amazon listings. Issues are identified by the listing issue scanner and can be filtered by severity.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Amazon Listing Issues
- Via the Amazon Dashboard → Open Listing Issues
- Via the Amazon Item List → Click on Issue Count

| SKU | Amazon SKU. |
| ASIN | Amazon ASIN. |
| Issue Code | Error code (highlighted in yellow). |
| Issue Message | Detailed error description. |
| Attribute Names | Affected attributes/fields. |
| Resolved | Indicates whether the issue has been resolved. |
| Last Updated | Timestamp of the last update. |
Views

| Open Issues | Shows only unresolved issues. |
| Errors | Shows only unresolved errors (Error severity). |
| Warnings | Shows only unresolved warnings. |
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Refresh Issues | Runs a new scan of all items and updates the list. |
| Mark Resolved | Manually marks the selected issue as resolved. |
| Open Amazon Item | Opens the Amazon Item Card of the affected item. |
| Cleanup Resolved | Deletes resolved issues older than 30 days. |
| Show Open Only | Filters to unresolved issues. |
| Show Errors | Filters to errors. |
| Show All | Removes all filters. |
