What is it?

The Kaufland Marketplace Role Center is the central home page for managing all Kaufland marketplace activities directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It consolidates all functions of the Kaufland connector in one place and provides immediate access to orders, returns, products, customer service, logistics, and administration.

What is the connector for?

The merchantCENTRAL Connector Kaufland seamlessly connects your Business Central with the Kaufland Marketplace (formerly real.de). It enables:

  • Automatic order import – Kaufland orders are created directly as sales orders in BC
  • Inventory synchronization – BC stock levels are automatically updated in the Kaufland shop
  • Shipping processing – Tracking numbers and shipping confirmations are transmitted to Kaufland
  • Return management – Returns are imported and can be processed directly
  • Customer service – Tickets and claims are managed centrally
  • Invoice upload – Invoices are automatically transferred to Kaufland
  • Multi-storefront – Support for multiple Kaufland country shops (DE, AT, etc.)
  • Product catalog – EAN-based product management and category assignment
  • Price rules – Flexible pricing with rules, rounding, and priorities
  • Analytics – Revenue reports and carrier performance analysis
