List view of all claims from Kaufland. Buyers can create claims when they have a problem with their order. Claims must be accepted, rejected, or forwarded for clarification.

Fields

Field Description
Claim ID Unique Kaufland Claim ID.
Status Claim status (colored): open (yellow), accepted (green), rejected (red), clarification_needed (blue), closed (gray).
Claim Type Type of claim.
Order ID Associated order number.
EAN EAN of the claimed item.
Product Title Product description.
Buyer Name Name of the buyer.
Claim Amount Claimed amount.
Created At Creation timestamp.

Actions

Action Description
Import Claims Imports all new claims from Kaufland.
Refresh Claim Updates the selected claim.
Accept Claim Accept the claim and initiate refund. Only available when status is open. Opens the Accept Claim dialog.
Reject Claim Reject the claim with a reason. Only available when status is open. Opens the Reject Claim dialog.
View Order Opens the associated Order.
