List view of all claims from Kaufland. Buyers can create claims when they have a problem with their order. Claims must be accepted, rejected, or forwarded for clarification.

| Order ID | Associated order number. |
| EAN | EAN of the claimed item. |
| Product Title | Product description. |
| Buyer Name | Name of the buyer. |
| Claim Amount | Claimed amount. |
| Created At | Creation timestamp. |

Actions

| Import Claims | Imports all new claims from Kaufland. |
| Refresh Claim | Updates the selected claim. |
| Accept Claim | Accept the claim and initiate refund. Only available when status is open. Opens the Accept Claim dialog. |
| Reject Claim | Reject the claim with a reason. Only available when status is open. Opens the Reject Claim dialog. |
| View Order | Opens the associated Order. |
