The Amazon Item Card displays all details of a single Amazon item: master data, prices, market analysis, BuyBox status, fees, and synchronization status.

Opening the Page

Fields

General

Field Description
Item No. BC item number.
Description Item description from the BC item card.
GTIN EAN/GTIN barcode of the item.
Common Item No. Common item number (shared across all marketplaces).
Amazon Account Name Assigned Amazon Seller account.
SKU Your unique Amazon item number (Stock Keeping Unit).
ASIN The Amazon Standard Identification Number.
FNSKU Fulfillment Network SKU (for FBA items).
Product Type Amazon product type assignment.

Status

Field Description
Listing Status Current listing status (Active, Inactive, Incomplete).
Fulfillment Channel MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) or AFN (Fulfillment by Amazon).
Item Online Item is enabled for sale on Amazon.
Item Synced Item data is synchronized with Amazon.
Update Item Marks the item for the next synchronization.

Prices

Field Description
Amazon Price Fixed Fixed price that is not overridden by automatic calculation.
Sell B2B Sales via Amazon Business (B2B) enabled.
Sell B2C Sales via the regular Marketplace (B2C) enabled.
Update Price Marked when a price update is pending on Amazon.

Quantity Discounts (B2B)

Visible when Sell B2B is enabled. Up to 5 tiers configurable:

Field Description
QD Lower Bound 1–5 Minimum quantity at which the respective tier applies.
QD Price 1–5 Tier price (net) for the respective quantity level.

Market Analysis

Field Description
Competitor Price (Gross) Lowest competitor offer (gross).
Competitor Price (Net) Lowest competitor offer (net, calculated).
Our Price vs Market Percentage deviation from market price. Green = cheaper, Red = more expensive.
Last Checked Timestamp of the last market price query.
Last Adjusted Timestamp of the last automatic price adjustment.

Adjusted B2B Prices (Net)

Field Description
Adjusted B2B (Net) Adjusted B2B net price after market analysis.
Adjusted B2B (Gross) Corresponding gross price (calculated).
B2B Adjustment % Percentage adjustment compared to calculated price.
Adjusted B2B Margin % Margin of the adjusted price.
Adjusted B2B Profit Absolute profit per unit.

Adjusted B2C Prices (Gross)

Visible when Sell B2C is enabled:

Field Description
Adjusted B2C (Gross) Adjusted B2C gross price.
Adjusted B2C (Net) Corresponding net price.
B2C Adjustment % Percentage adjustment.
Adjusted B2C Margin % B2C margin of the adjusted price.
Adjusted B2C Profit Absolute profit per unit (B2C).

BuyBox Data (Competitive Pricing)

Field Description
B2B Lowest Price Lowest B2B price on the market.
B2B BuyBox Indicates whether you own the B2B BuyBox (green = yes).
B2B BuyBox Price Price of the current BuyBox owner (B2B).
B2B BuyBox Seller Name of the BuyBox owner (B2B).
B2C BuyBox Indicates whether you own the B2C BuyBox (green = yes).
B2C BuyBox Price Price of the current BuyBox owner (B2C).
B2C BuyBox Seller Name of the BuyBox owner (B2C).
Last Sync Timestamp of the last competitor price synchronization.

Fees & Profitability

Detailed breakdown of all Amazon fees for this item:

Field Description
Referral Fee % Selling fee as a percentage (category-dependent).
Referral Fee Amount Calculated selling fee in EUR.
Variable Closing Fee Variable closing fee.
Per Item Fee Fee per item sold.

The BuyBox is the most important revenue driver on Amazon. Regularly check the B2B/B2C BuyBox fields and adjust prices via market analysis.

Fixed Prices

Set Amazon Price Fixed to exclude an item from automatic price calculation. Useful for promotional prices or special offers.
