Image Upload
Use the Image Upload page to upload product images to Amazon. You can upload images individually or as a batch for multiple items at once.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Amazon Image Upload
- Via the Amazon Dashboard → Upload Images
Fields
Settings
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Amazon Account | Select the Amazon account for which images should be uploaded. Only active accounts are displayed. |
Image List
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| SKU | The Amazon SKU of the item. |
| Item No. | BC item number. When entered, the SKU is automatically populated from the Amazon item. |
| Image Type | Type of image: Main (main image), PT1–PT8 (additional images), Swatch (swatch image). |
| Image URL | URL of the image (must be publicly accessible). |
| Upload Status | Status of the upload (display only). |
| Feed ID | Feed ID of the submission feed (display only). |
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Add from Amazon Items | Automatically loads all image URLs from the Amazon items. Creates separate lines for Main, PT1–PT4. |
| Add Item | Adds a single item via a lookup selection. |
| Upload Images | Starts the batch upload of all images to Amazon. |
| Clear List | Deletes all entries from the list. |
Tips
Image Requirements
Amazon recommends: - At least 1000×1000 pixels (preferably 2000×2000) - White background for the main image - JPEG, PNG, or GIF format - The image URL must be publicly accessible
