Feed Tracker
The Feed Tracker displays all feeds submitted to Amazon — price updates, inventory updates, listing changes, and more. Monitor the status and identify errors.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Amazon Feed Tracker
- Via the Amazon Dashboard → Open Feed Tracker
Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Entry No. | Sequential number of the feed entry. |
| Status | Status of the feed: Submitted, InProgress, Complete, Cancelled. Color-coded. |
| Feed ID | The feed ID assigned by Amazon. |
| Feed Type | Type of feed (e.g., Price, Inventory, Product). |
| Operation | Operation performed (e.g., Update, PartialUpdate). |
| Amazon Account Code | Assigned Amazon account. |
| Created At | Time of feed submission. |
| Completed At | Time of completion by Amazon. |
| Item Count | Number of items in the feed. |
| Success Count | Successfully processed items (green). |
| Error Count | Failed items (red). Click shows error details. |
| Warning Count | Items with warnings (yellow). Click shows warnings. |
| Check Count | Number of status checks. |
| Email Sent | Indicates whether a notification email was sent. |
Actions

| Check Status | Queries the current status of the selected feed at Amazon. |
| Download Result | Downloads the feed result document (available after completion). |
| Send Email Notification | Manually sends the feed result notification via email. |
| View Process Log | Shows the detailed processing log. |
| View Result Document | Shows the Amazon result document. |
| Open Amazon Account | Opens the associated Amazon Account Card. |
Tips
Checking Feed Status
Amazon processes feeds asynchronously. Click Check Status to query the current state. For large feeds, processing may take several minutes.
Handling Errors
Click the Error Count number to see the exact error messages. Common causes: missing required fields, invalid ASINs, or prices outside Amazon limits.
