ASIN Search Queue
The ASIN Search Queue displays results of the automatic ASIN matching. Here you review and confirm which Amazon ASINs should be assigned to your items.
Opening the Page
- Via search: Amazon ASIN Search Queue
- Via the Amazon Dashboard → Auto-Match ASINs
Fields

| • Pending (yellow) — Awaiting confirmation | |
| • Assigned (green) — ASIN has been assigned | |
| • Rejected (red) — Assignment rejected | |

| Item No. | BC item number. |
| Item Description | Item description. |
| Found ASIN | The found Amazon ASIN. Click opens the Amazon product page. |
| Product Title | Product title from Amazon. |
| Product Type | Product type from Amazon. |
| MPN | Manufacturer Part Number. |
| MPN Search Result | Result of the MPN-based search. |
| GTIN | EAN/GTIN of the item. |
| Search Type | Search type: MPN or GTIN. |
| Search Term | The search term used. |
| Search Status | Status of the search at Amazon. |
| ASIN Count | Number of ASINs found. |
| Queue Date | Date of the queue entry (sorted descending). |

Actions
| Action | Description |

| Assign ASIN | Assigns the found ASIN to the item. For multi-selection, all selected entries are processed. |
| Reject ASIN | Marks the assignment as incorrect (only for pending entries). |
| Ignore Entry | Ignores the entry (only for pending entries). |
| Delete Processed | Deletes processed entries older than 30 days. |
| Delete All | Deletes all entries (requires confirmation). |
| Show Item | Opens the BC item card. |
| Show Amazon Item | Opens the Amazon item card. |
| Search Amazon Catalog | Opens the Amazon Catalog Search. |
| Show Pending | Filters to pending entries. |
| Show All | Removes all filters. |

- Run Auto-Match ASINs from the dashboard.
- Review the results in this queue.
- Confirm correct assignments with Assign ASIN.
- Reject incorrect assignments with Reject ASIN.
