Kaufland Dashboard

The Kaufland Dashboard is the compact overview page with all key metrics at a glance. Unlike the Role Center, the Dashboard only shows KPIs and provides quick access to the most important areas.

The page is read-only – all values are calculated automatically when the page is opened.

Opening the Page

Fields

Order Status

Field Description Style Click Action
New Orders Number of new, unprocessed orders. Yellow if > 0 Opens Orders filtered to new orders.
Orders In Progress Number of orders in progress. Yellow if > 0 Opens Orders.
Open Returns Number of open returns. Yellow if > 0 Opens Returns.
Open Claims Number of open claims. Red if > 0 Opens Claims.
Open Tickets Number of open customer service tickets. Yellow if > 0 Opens Tickets.

Inventory Status

Field Description Style
Total Active Units Total number of active inventory units on Kaufland. Normal
Out of Stock Items Items with no inventory. Red if > 0
Failed Imports Failed data imports. Red if > 0
