Amazon Dashboard

The Amazon Dashboard is the central control page for the Amazon connector. From here, you can control all key functions — from order import to price adjustments to catalog management.

Opening the Page

  • Via search: Amazon Dashboard
  • Via the merchantCENTRAL Dashboard → Amazon Dashboard

Fields

Account Information

Field Description
Account Name Name of the Amazon Seller account.
Marketplace ID The Amazon Marketplace ID (e.g., A1PA6795UKMFR9 for DE).
Merchant ID Your Amazon Merchant/Seller ID.
Active Indicates whether this account is active.

Orders

Action Description
Import Orders Imports new orders from Amazon into Business Central.
Import Single Order Imports a single order by Amazon Order ID.
Reset Last Import Date Resets the last import date to retrieve orders again.
Acknowledge Pending Orders Acknowledges pending orders at Amazon.
Acknowledge Single Order Acknowledges a single order at Amazon.
Check Cancellations Checks whether orders have been cancelled at Amazon.
Cancel Single Order Cancels a single order at Amazon.

Action Description
Process Pending Shipments Processes pending shipment confirmations.
Open Posted Shipments Opens the list of already posted shipments.
Create FBA Inbound Plan Creates a new Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inbound plan.
Open FBA Inbound Plans Opens the list of all FBA inbound plans.

Action Description
Update All Prices Updates all prices at Amazon via feed.
Update Single Price Updates the price of a single item.
Reprice to Lowest Offer Adjusts prices to the lowest competitor offer.
Reprice with Margin Adjusts prices with a minimum margin.
Run Price Adjustment Job Runs the automatic price adjustment job.
Update All Fees Updates the Amazon fees for all items.
Update Single Item Fees Updates the fees for a single item.
Calculate All Prices Calculates all sales prices based on the pricing logic.
Calculate Changed Prices Recalculates only changed prices.
Apply Calculated Prices Applies calculated prices to the active listings.
Diagnose Sync Issues Analyzes synchronization issues.
Sync MFN Inventory Synchronizes Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) inventory.

Tips

Daily Workflow

  1. Import orders — Click Import Orders or set up a Job Queue Entry.
  2. Process shipments — Use Process Pending Shipments after posting the deliveries.
  3. Check prices — Use Diagnose Sync Issues to identify synchronization problems early.

Most actions can be automated via Job Queue Entries. Set these up via the Amazon Account Card.
