Recommendation
DPD Classic is the most commonly used product and is suggested as the default in the DPD Setup. For most B2C and B2B shipments, this product is the right choice.

- EU-wide shipping (e.g. Austria, France, Netherlands)
- When no special delivery speed is required
DPD Express 8:30 (E830)

Customs Data Required
For international shipments outside the EU, you must provide customs data (goods description, goods value, Incoterms). Set up the Incoterm Mapping for this purpose.
When to Use?
- Shipments to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA)
- Express shipments within the EU when DPD Classic is too slow
- Shipments with customs clearance
DPD ParcelShop (PL)
Delivery to a DPD ParcelShop instead of to the doorstep.

Setting the Product in Setup
The default product is configured in the DPD Setup under Default Settings β Default Product:
- Open the DPD Shipment Setup page
- Select the desired DPD product under Default Product
- This product will be automatically pre-filled for each new shipment
Change Product per Shipment
You can change the product individually for each shipment. The default product serves only as a template.
