Amazon ASINs (FactBox)

This FactBox on the Business Central item card shows on which Amazon marketplaces the item is managed – one row per marketplace, with ASIN and listing status. This way you see directly on the item where it already has an ASIN, and you can search for a missing one.

Display

  • Automatically on the Business Central Item Card, in the FactBox pane as Amazon ASINs.

Fields

Field Description
Marketplace Amazon marketplace (e.g. DE, FR).
ASIN Amazon Standard Identification Number of the item on this marketplace; highlighted if present, gray if not. A click opens the Amazon Item Card.
Status Listing status on Amazon, color-highlighted: Active green; Incomplete and Suppressed yellow; Blocked and Error red; Inactive and Closed gray.
Online The item is active on Amazon.

Actions

Action Description
Search ASIN by GTIN Opens the Amazon Catalog Search for the marketplace of the row, pre-filled with the GTIN (EAN) of the item. Match to Item assigns the chosen ASIN to this item and then asks whether to list the offer right away. If the item has no GTIN, a note appears.
Search ASIN by Manufacturer No. As above, but with the manufacturer part number (Common Item No.) as the search term. Without a manufacturer part number, a note appears.

Tips

No row?

The FactBox only shows marketplaces on which the item has already been created as an Amazon item. How an item gets onto Amazon is described in the help for the Amazon Items list, in the Listing section.
