Dashboard
The Product Data Dashboard is the daily view of the module. You find it through search ("Tell me what you want to do"), for example with Product Data, Item Attributes or Text Templates. Every tool and the worklist Completeness per Sales Channel start from here.
Notices at the top
Above the overview, exactly one notice appears when needed:
| Notice | Meaning |

| Getting Started | Product Data is not switched on yet. Switch Enabled on on the extension card or run the assisted setup (see Setup). |
| License | Product Data is switched on but has no valid license and no running demo. The tools are locked. The License FactBox shows the state and offers the demo registration. |
Without a notice, the module is switched on and licensed.
Overview

| Item Attributes | Number of item attributes and how many of them are blocked. A click opens the item attributes |
| Assigned Values | Number of attribute values on items |
| Completeness | Average completeness of all calculated lines (listing per language) and, below, how many of them are complete. Before the first calculation it says Not calculated. A click opens the worklist |
| Text Templates | Number of text templates and, below, the items waiting for their texts. While items wait, a click opens the queue, otherwise the template list |

| Listings by Completeness | The calculated lines (per listing and language) in three groups without overlap: Complete, Incomplete (sent, but below 100 %) and Blocked. Each segment opens the worklist on exactly the lines it counts |
| Completeness Calculation | How current the scores are: Listings calculated (of all marketplace items), Oldest score (yellow if older than two days) and Nightly recalculation (On/Off). A click on the nightly recalculation opens the setup. The card appears as soon as there are marketplace items |
| Module | Enabled (Yes/No) and License (Licensed/Not licensed). A click opens the extension card |
On the right, the License FactBox shows the license state of the module.

The actions stay visible even when the module is switched off or not licensed. When started, the tool then says what is missing and takes you to the right page.
The dashboard has no setup actions. Product Data is set up on its extension card in the merchantCENTRAL Setup (see Setup).
