Items (Subpage)

This section shows the SKUs of an inbound plan: what goes to Amazon under which SKU, in what quantity, and who preps and labels the units.

Display

The lines are created when you create the plan with Create FBA Inbound Plan, from the transfer lines with a remaining quantity, one line per SKU. You can neither add nor delete lines here.

Fields

SKU Your SKU at Amazon (MSKU) under which the units are sent.
Item No. Item of the line.
Variant Code Variant of the item (hidden by default).
Description Description of the item.
Quantity Units sent under the SKU; a pack SKU counts packs. Send Box Contents checks the boxes against this quantity.

Qty. (Base) Units in the base unit of measure of the item.
FNSKU Amazon FNSKU, the barcode on the item label.
Prep Owner Who preps the units (polybag, bubble wrap and the like): Seller (you), Amazon for a fee, or None if the item needs no prep.
Label Owner Who puts the FNSKU label on the units: Seller (you), Amazon for a fee, or None if the manufacturer barcode is used.
Expiration Date Expiration date of the units, for goods that expire (hidden by default).
Manufacturing Lot Code Manufacturing lot of the units, where Amazon requires one (hidden by default).

Only Prep Owner, Label Owner, Expiration Date and Manufacturing Lot Code can be changed.

Prep and Labels

When the plan is created, both owners are set to Seller. The connector then queries Amazon's prep details for each SKU: if Amazon allows only one way (only Amazon, only you, nobody), that one applies; if, according to Amazon, the item needs no prep, Prep Owner is set to None.

The four changeable values go to Amazon with the plan and once more per SKU with the box contents (Send Box Contents). Label Owner also decides which SKUs Download Item Labels on the card prints: only those with Seller.

Tips

SKU missing?

The plan only takes items that have a SKU on the marketplace of the plan – otherwise creating it stops. Assign the SKU in the Amazon Items list, then create the plan.
