Enter Amazon Order ID

With the Enter Amazon Order ID dialog, you enter the Amazon Order ID when an action works on a single Amazon order – above all, to import that order on its own.

Opening the Page

The dialog opens with these actions:

  • Amazon Orders list → Import Single Order, Acknowledge Single Order and Apply Amazon Cancellation
  • Amazon Returns list → Return Order for an Order

Field Description
Amazon Order ID The Amazon order number (e.g., 302-1234567-1234567).

Usage

  1. Enter the Amazon Order ID.
  2. Confirm with OK.
  3. With Import Single Order, the order is retrieved from Amazon and created as a sales order in Business Central. The other actions acknowledge the order at Amazon, take over its cancellation or create its sales return order.

When to Use?

Use the single import when a specific order was not retrieved via the regular bulk import.
