Shopware 6 Order Info
FactBox displayed on the Sales Order page. It shows the Shopware 6-specific order information for orders that were imported from the Shopware 6 shop.
The FactBox is automatically displayed on the right side of the Sales Order page when the Shopware 6 Connector is installed.
Opening the Page
- Automatically visible as a FactBox on the Sales Order page.
Fields
| Field | Description |

| Shopware 6 Origin | Origin of the order. Indicates whether the order originates from the Shopware 6 shop (Shop) or was manually created in BC (empty). |
| Shopware 6 Order No. | Order number from the Shopware 6 shop (e.g. 10001). Enables the unique mapping of the BC sales order to the shop order. |
| Shopware 6 Order Time | Timestamp of the order in the Shopware shop. Shows when the customer placed the order in the shop. |
| Shopware 6 Payment State | Payment status from the shop (e.g. paid, open, cancelled). Imported during order import and shows the current payment status at the time of import. |
