Shopware 6 Customer Info

FactBox displayed on the Customer Card. It shows the Shopware 6-specific customer ID for customers that were imported from the Shopware 6 shop.

The FactBox is automatically displayed on the right side of the Customer Card when the Shopware 6 Connector is installed.

Opening the Page

  • Automatically visible as a FactBox on the Customer Card page.

Fields

Field Description
Shopware 6 Customer ID Unique customer ID from the Shopware 6 shop. Automatically assigned during order import and enables the mapping of the BC customer to the shop customer. This value corresponds to the internal Shopware Customer ID (UUID).
