Opening the Page
- Automatically visible as a FactBox in the Tickets list.
Fields

| Ticket ID | Kaufland ticket ID. |
| Status | Current status. |
| Reason | Reason for the ticket. |
| Topic | More specific topic, if available. |
| Buyer Name | Name of the buyer from the order. |
| Message Count | Number of messages. |
| Last Message | Beginning of the latest message (multi-line). |
